TheBluHouse is a guided Family-lab where each guest becomes their own me-searcher using modern analytic technology and scientific research to gain insight into their own health. It's like living in your own science camp (get to ski, hike, and mountain bike too!). Our science educators use scientifically structured-guidance on core lifestyle choices of Sleep, Nutrition, Movement, Mind, and Support.
